During individual sessions, you may choose to share information about your wellbeing, personal experiences or circumstances. I may keep brief, confidential notes to support continuity in our work together.

My website may also collect technical information, such as your IP address and how you use the website, through Squarespace and any enabled analytics services.

  • Provide and manage your healing sessions.

  • Provide access to online meditations.

Personal information is retained only for as long as needed to provide my services, maintain appropriate records and meet any legal obligations.

Session notes are reviewed and securely deleted when they are no longer required, in accordance with my record-retention arrangements.

Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing. This will not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
