Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
This allows me to offer the time to someone else.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rearranged with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled or refunded in full.
For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a reasonable cancellation charge may apply to reflect the time reserved and any loss incurred.
I appreciate that unexpected circumstances arise. If something beyond your control prevents you from attending, please get in touch and I will do my best to find a fair solution.
Missed appointments
If you miss an appointment without notifying me, a cancellation charge may apply, reflecting the loss reasonably incurred.
If I need to cancel
Should I need to cancel an appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Complimentary exploratory calls
If you can no longer attend your complimentary 20-minute exploratory call, I would appreciate as much notice as possible.
Online and in-person sessions
The same cancellation and rescheduling arrangements apply to sessions held in person or remotely.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights for services booked online or at a distance.
